Ignore the reviews that the stairs aren't very strong. That's ridiculous. Of course, these ratings should be based on a bad mount being used or installed on a less solid surface! NOBODY! It's very heavy and with the 4 bolts I used to attach it to my work truck it looks like it was welded. Due to the weight, you may need a second person to hold the ladder while you mark/drill the attachment points. Looks deceptive in photos. Also, this ladder makes it easier to get on and off the truck platform that is raised high. Bought a second one for the other side of the car.
