Review on ConnX by James Edwards

The best part about this product has been their customer service team which has always gone above & beyond for us! I have no dislikes with the program itself but rather my experience working through them as well (which was great). Great platform that allows our business to run smoothly in terms of data integrity/security when it comes to employee information. They've also created an easy way to onboard new hires without having to go back into each individual's profile manually. We are able to create reports and send those out via email or even pull up specific fields within profiles so we can make sure all records match accordingly. This makes life easier for everyone involved - especially me since I am not very tech savvy at times either!!
