I have a 2001 Jeep Cherokee parked outside under a very dirty tree and under electrical wires that birds like to perch on. There are also strong winds where I live, which caused my cheaper cover to break in about nine months. This lid is heavy with gaskets and it makes a big difference if the lid stays in place. There are two large zip ties included, but I haven't used them yet as the weight of the cover combined with the middle zip tie under the sled was sufficient. This cover is smooth on the underside as well, so it won't scratch the paintwork. My only regret is that I didn't get this before the cheaper finish because I ended up scraping the paint off the first one.
