, I'm tired of keeping track of the latest and greatest supplements. I've been trying to do this for a while. Great taste for a natural product. I was surprised at how much recovery this product provided. So why 4 stars? I would like them to use methylated B12 or even replace B12 with B6 as it's essential post-workout (especially if you're getting B12 pre-workout). Also, magnesium oxide is poorly absorbed, seems like a way out rather than using a better form. All in all, this is a good, well-balanced post-workout from a seemingly trustworthy company that donates profits to charity. Will continue to be used for a while and combined with a pre-workout product.
