Great support staff/customer base: Pulse

We love the ability to keep our site fresh while maintaining consistency across multiple locations. The customer-facing sites tend to be too complex, but we've been able to leverage this with other clients of ours because it works so well! No one would tell you they're not frustrated when there's some kind of issue or glitch that has nothing to do with your codebase, like what happened at their hosting service provider. When customers have problems I can send them a message directly through the interface itself instead of going via email. It makes life easier all around as far as follow up goes and having issues resolved faster. I like that it's easy to use and customize. I also love that you can create your own custom page layouts. The price is a little high, but if it's what you want then go ahead and purchase it. I'm using it to create an e-commerce website for my business. It makes it very simple to be able to have a one-stop shop for all of our clients.
