Only 3-4 hours before it needs charging!

Very disappointed that it only lasted 3-4 hours at 80% volume. 12 hours advertised. I bought it for work and I work 10+ hours a day. When JBL said it took 12 hours, it was perfect. Now I have to take a power bank charger with me to keep it going throughout the work day.
