Anyone who likes horseradish will love it! My husband and I went to Santa Barbara, California last Thanksgiving to visit family. I was at the grocery store with my sister, we were looking for horseradish and came across Atomic. Neither of us had seen this brand before and were a little afraid to try it, especially since the label said 'Very Hot', but we thought what the heck and brought it home. I add horseradish to coleslaw and this is one of the recipes I use it in. We opened the jar and I made the mistake of putting my nose too close, it burned my nose and took my breath away. I thought my husband would love it! I started with a tablespoon and tried the coleslaw, it was strong at first but then the burning sensation went away immediately and suddenly the leftover flavor was otherworldly! It was so good! Before we left Santa Barbara for home I checked with Revain to see if I could find it and have it shipped to our home in western New York knowing it's not available in our local stores. Luckily I found it and now Atomic is always in my fridge! It comes with a cold pack. The cold compress doesn't freeze when it gets to me, that's the only downside. I'm hoping that if I order in warm weather I can get the company to ship faster or add extra cold packs.
