Review on Handmade Damascus Professional Kitchen Leather by Shakira Loper

These handsome knives are heavy and sharp, especially at this price point. The only reason I downgraded them to 4 stars is because they still give some products a "metallic" taste even after multiple washes. I'm not sure if it's due to the type of steel used or something else. I hope that if they are washed more often this will go away. If not I will update and lower the rating as this has not happened with other damascus knives I have owned.
