Memory upgrade was rejected by the computer and became unusable, rendering the computer unusable. It was removed and the computer was usable again. Unfortunately it was a waste of $$. I would like to add: I originally gave this product and company one star. However, after talking back and forth with them, their customer service department was kind enough to let me destroy the chip and not pay shipping costs for the return) and gave me a full refund. I changed my rating to 3 stars after my first experience with them. I would do business with them again. Thanks Ron
