I bought a set of six coils and one of the coils was broken/faulty right out of the box. The part appears to be made by AA Ignition, so I went to the web address on the box, aaignition.com, and registered the product for warranty. I then sent a message through the website that I had a defective coil and asked for instructions on how to get a replacement. Two days passed without any contact with AA Ignition. A card was included with the rolls stating that parts cannot be returned if there is a problem. Instead, you should send help17 to 797979, which is what I did. I received a reply SMS with an email address from info@gwaautoparts.com. I then emailed the GWA outlining my dilemma and still have not received a response from anyone. The product was supposed to have a 24 month 15,000 mile warranty but I can't get a replacement on day one!
