Review on ORACAL Solvent Based Adhesive Backed Calendared Multi Purpose by Denise Davis

At first I thought Amazon sent the wrong item because I expected a box like the picture. I unpacked it, it's still Oracal 615. This scraper is rubbish and much smaller than shown in the picture. Mine also had ringing which gave it a bit of a ridge. I won't put this on my vinyl because I don't risk ruining my decals so it's useless to me. Like everyone else, they were wrapped in shrink wrap. It was like heat shrinking so I hope it didn't ruin the vinyl. The edges of the outer layer of the roll are also chewed.TL:DR; Vinyl is correct brand, not packaged as advertised. shrink, not in a box. The scraper is junk. Decent value but I hate being lied to so will not buy from this seller again.
