I got them because the cleaning was dull and I have to say they are very comfortable! When I first wear silicones I usually wear metal tunnels but since my ears are going through hell right now I would say silicone is the best option. (Don't be stupid like me and don't wet or rinse your ears before stretching again after a full year.)
