My beard didn't like it
I was hoping it would help soften my coarse beard but it didn't. After using it, my beard felt worse than before. Edited 03/31/2021: Looking for different products for my beard. I decided to disassemble it and try again and after about 3 uses it's working pretty well. So I changed my rating from 1 star to almost 4.
