Decibel Customer Service and Engagement Tool

I like most being able get notifications when things need attention without needing someone else for help; however there aren't enough people working at decibelle who understand that customers don’t care as much if it works well - they will switch providers anyway; also getting more tools can be helpful but you still won't have all customers using every tool available because some think one is too easy compared to others which require lotsa work / training etc.; customer engagement has almost reached critical levels with this app & team (and we know how hard their lives are) but at least now i feel we're doing our bit by keeping customer information secure! It's easy for customers to find us because I can't stop myself from posting it everywhere! We've been able to get more leads through social media marketing than we used to before using decibels (it has helped our sales team!).

Our website is much easier now too since they made changes that make my life so much better as an admin. The only thing I dislike at this point is how long their customer support takes when you have questions or concerns with your account - but it gets resolved eventually!

  • The best thing about decibels is the customer engagement we've been able to increase our sales and get more leads in social media through their marketing and customer engagement tools
Cons
  • I'd like there to be more tools available / to be able to change the layout of the dashboard more easily it's hard to navigate and use certain tools
