Good tool if you work alone

I used this clamp to align fittings on pipe to avoid high/low position or misalignment. I am a pipe fitter/welder. What I don't like about it. That after a while the liner bolts will BB or weld spatter and stop working, but I guess that's part of the wear and tear.
