2010 reel packs are different from 2012 and later to be precise.

2010 CRV, perfect fit. No problems installing. Hardened Static Cyl. 4 misfires. The original coil packs have done 278,000 miles. I would recommend changing the spark plugs right away. The distance is about 0.040.
