ordered for the granddaughter's 4th birthday (in august) the earrings shine much more than they appeared on the internet. that's a great thing! they look strong and cute. I hope she likes them. editorial staff. finally gave it to her. she loves them. The bars are not exactly 16 ga, but are thicker than regular bar backs. total plus? The rear bolts are slightly larger than the others we have and they are grooved! so easy to understand, both left-handed and right-handed (if you've been trying not to put them in someone's ears. you'll get it lol) love them
