Review on 🔌 Leviton 49991-LLC FastCAM Pre-polished Connector, LC (Aqua), 50/125um Low Loss Multimode by David Fisher

These field connectors are great. Really simple setup works great. The only problem I had was that when plugging a fiber into the back of the connector, if the fiber breaks for some reason, there doesn't seem to be a way to remove the broken piece of fiber from the connector so you can do it it. I no longer use this plug, I have to throw it away. This has happened a few times due to stripper misalignment leaving microscopic nicks on the stripped fiber. So when I inserted it into the connector and used a little force while fixing it, the fiber in the connector broke. Got the best stripper and no more problems after that. They are really easy to use and each one comes with a really nicely printed instruction manual.
