Best for x399 under Fans & Cooling
I bought one of these little guys for my x399 mining rig. Underclocked and undervolted is a whisper. When my 1900x boots up during an update or something intense, it's no louder than the GPU at 80% speed. I'm kind of impressed and I would get more!
