Excellent customer service - great product too

I love that it is interactive with my followers! It's so easy for them to share their thoughts/opinions about certain products or services offered by our business partners. And they can easily connect with me personally! Sometimes it takes up more time than we want but i think this is because of how much activity there is during different times of the day (ie; morning vs. afternoon). We're trying out new ways to promote ourselves and reach customers at all times of the week, in order to get the most bang from social media marketing. This is helping us achieve that goal! The ability to interact directly with people via posts like Instagram stories and Facebook Live has been really helpful as well. Our team loves that all of our communications are organized into one dashboard so everyone knows what needs attention when! All of the messages go straight to our email inboxes which saves us tons of paper work!
