I wanted to upgrade my Tacoma shifter with Meso Customs ECT shifters. For some silly reason, Toyota put the ECT button on the dash, which made it awkward to turn on. Toyota's stock Pro Shifter Knob is about $100 or so. I took a chance and got myself a set of buttons from Meso Customs. My conversion worked fine and installation was easy.
