My 5 month old son has had this necklace for a little over a month. While I can say that it is very good quality, I can't speak about its effectiveness as I haven't noticed any difference in his drooling or excitement. My son still wants to chew on EVERYTHING, drools all the time and I've noticed he's been sucking his bottom lip lately which tells me he's definitely having teething problems.
