Good 2 lb weights for physical therapy
I needed 2 lb weights for physical therapy for shoulder impingement and these worked perfectly. I had previously purchased another pair elsewhere that were thicker in the handle part and difficult to hold with my arthritic hands.These weights are very comfortable to hold and helped me in my recovery when using them for the physical therapy exercises. Glad I purchased them, I’ve had no problems with them at all and the grip is just right in terms of thickness and material.
