Excellent ink. We only had one issue, which reviewer Jeff W also had, and his solution worked for us too: The only issue I had with installation was that the small plastic cap that punctures when inserted into the printer allows ink to spill out . clogged with plastic when inserted. I had to pull out the black cartridge and pry it out with tweezers and then take it out to allow the ink to flow freely. Super simple solution. I didn't have this problem with other colors, so I have to say that I was just unlucky with a black.
