
The temperature continues to rise despite being set to 76 degrees. The water was 82.2 in my aquarium which is in an air conditioned home and never goes above 78 degrees. The tank is also not in the sun. My previous heater was eheim and that was never a problem. The only positive is that it heats up quickly for the large tank and the display looks cool. Update 9/22/20 It's flashing, the water isn't overheating, it's still 82 degrees. I turned it off but the problem didn't go away. Seems like a waste of money.
