I find the sleeves of this dress very tight. It fits anywhere. I wear 3x and apart from the hands it fits like 3x. Hands fit more 1x or 2x in my opinion. The sleeves are slim, but the material makes my arms look like stuffed sausage chains attached to the side of my body. I don't usually have problems with arms that are too tight - this is a first for me. The fabric feels nice and the wrap works well, with plenty of room to tie a large bow if you like. Although the fabric is thin and unpretentious. It's down to my knees and I'm 5'5. It's very low but easily fits large breasts like my 50G. It can be worn with a tank top or a cute tank top underneath for modesty.
