Review on 🍳 EXCELSTEEL 6-Cup Stainless Steel Non-Stick Induction Cooktop Egg Poacher: Easy Use, Rust Resistant for Home Kitchen Breakfast Brunch by Cameron Chandra

Wonderful! It's like I invented it myself!

I'm pretty picky about what I buy and I'm more than happy with my decision here. This poacher was designed with real thought. All parts are above standard strength without being overly heavy. It has a nice feel with a solid weight. The glass lid is great for seeing your eggs being cooked and the opening in the lid helps reduce (not eliminate, but reduce) steam sweat caused by cheaper poachers dripping water into your boiled eggs. The cups impress with their design! Fairly heavy stainless steel lined with thick teflon on the inside of the bowl and hanging rings firmly attached all around, and impressively heavy duty material to resist bending over time when you pick it up. The pan could have been a little thicker just to make me smile more, but it's more than sturdy for its purpose. You won't want to use it for anything other than poaching, but it's certainly heavier than the regular poaching pan you'll find at higher prices. It's thick and heavy enough to be conveniently used to heat a sauce, but you certainly won't fry or see anything in it. The only thing I would change if designing this myself is to make the pan thick and heavy enough to use as a frying pan. I'd be happy to pay 10€ more than my purchase price for this. Nevertheless, the pan as it is is still heavier and more durable than the cheap pans that you can find in discount stores.

  • Good workmanship
Cons
