The bag is of high quality. I liked the spacious compartments, but sometimes I couldn't see or find some items. I tried stretching/stretching the straps to the point of pulling them tight across the dresser drawers for 3 weeks to see if they straightened out. They didn't and got worse with travel. Also, the safety catch for the top zips won't open because it's wrapped in fabric. My thumbs hurt trying to open it. I would return it if I could, but unfortunately the return date has already passed.
