The zipper broke exactly two months after the order date and I can't get a refund?
My 3 year old grandson loved his car sleeping bag. That didn't make a nap so bad! But the zip broke, and a sleeping bag without a working zip is a blanket! This contradicts the true purpose of the child. The return window closed on January 31st, but I'm still asking for a new bag. I hope that the manufacturers will take this situation into account and comply with my request. Thank you, Sheila McKelvey (aka Grandma).
