***** Update May 29, 2019 ***** Other toner and replacement parts have worked well. GREENSKY contacted me to offer replacement toner to solve my problems. Despite the shortcomings, they maintain their products and provide good customer service. ***** Update May 11, 2018 ***** MAGENTA toner causes streaks. There is 70% toner left, but the roller leaves magenta streaks on the left side of the page. ***** Update March 6, 2017 ***** GREENSKY contacted me and sent me a replacement blue color. toner free without having to return the old toner. The new toner works perfectly. I would still be wary of defective toners but their support team handled it well. So I'm giving it a 3 to 4 star rating. I can't give it 5 stars as there is still a risk of defects and delays in fixing it, but at least it fixes the problem. ***** Original Review ***** The cyan toner has a defect that causes blue triangles to bleed down the page.
