Well we are making our first trip with a baby and if you know anything about car rental after Covid your dollar is not that big. So I chose this roof rack that can be packed and folded into a small bag. It takes up very little space in your carry-on or checked baggage. On the go, however, it adds 15 ft³ of storage space! We can probably put all his gear here plus his stroller and take a much smaller and cheaper car for our vacation.
