Defective case, terrible customer support

This case looks nice, doesn't take up much space, I think it's a decent case. I have the problem that the RGB fan does not work. I tried contacting Antec support but they never replied to my email. Now I'm stuck with these s. And the support team never reply to my email. BTW, they don't have a phone number to call. Very disappointed with this purchase. Go and buy another brand.
