I've been wearing these boots every day for about a month now. I'm a pest exterminator and I'm outside all day. These boots are the best I have ever worn. Super comfortable and they have a very short break time. The comfort of the sole is amazing even if you walk all day. The water stays out and they keep your feet warm. Traction is very good on all surfaces and terrains, even on snow. The attachment is fairly present. I had no problems with the size. The laces could have been a few inches longer, but that's an easy fix. They may seem a bit large at first, but you quickly get used to them. They feel light and very flexible. Regular cleansing and skin care is a good idea. I have never owned Timberland boots, nor have I spent that much on them. I would have no problem buying a new pair every year. Timberland has a new customer for life! UPDATE: 7 months later these boots are not giving up. The tread is still thick and has no cracks. The skin can certainly fail. I haven't had any skin tear issues and the water is still out. The only thing that happened was that the insole deteriorated and fell apart. But I walk 7 to 10 miles a day. If that's all that happened while manipulating those boots, I don't mind. They sell exact replacements for Revain for less than $20. Overall, I couldn't be happier with these boots. Good product!
