Only one way to use it. It is better to use it to massage someone else than yourself.
Not exactly what I was looking for. It helps with thumb fatigue but I was hoping to be able to hold it in different positions to target different muscles. This is not possible with this product. You hold it one way and you use it one way. That's all. This is for massaging another person or for massaging your easily accessible limbs. It will not help you get tangled in knots around your neck or shoulders as it is difficult to hold and reach for the product as it is supposed to. I assumed you could twist and hold it down (or some other configuration) but the silicone is too soft. It will just bend back on its own.
