Review on Lovermusic by Barry Shaker

I have to admit that I was really looking forward to going shopping at Lovermusic, but boy, were they a letdown for me! The product description was wildly inaccurate, and customer service took an interminable amount of time to get back to me with an answer that was in no way helpful. And while we're at it, let's discuss the return procedure; it was a living hell! To finally get it worked out, I had to follow up what felt like a gazillion times. If this is how they treat their clients, I shudder to think how they handle anyone who oppose them! People should continue shopping at the music business located down the street.
