I installed this on my '91 BMW E30 truck because I was missing trunk liner and trunk mats and the exhaust rumble was killing me at highway speeds. I installed them with a roller (sold separately) and a heat gun (bought elsewhere) and a man. it was the difference between day and night. Gone are the drones that give me a headache after hours of driving. Exhaust echoes in the trunk are practically eliminated and driving pleasure returns. Some people complain about the weight of these things, but to be honest if you don't have factory mufflers it evens out. Just be careful when applying as this will be the main PITA if you later remove it.
