Review on White Sony Over-Head Headphones MDRZX310AP for Enhanced SEO by Kero Kero ᠌

Product is disappointing, not what it promises.

Despite the fact that I was aware that for such a low price, there would be no "wow" factor, the headphones did not live up to my expectations. It would appear that those that listen to music on their phones are the ones who remark on this page on how cool the sound is. But, if you already own a Hi-Fi player, there is no reason for you to purchase this model. The volume of the headphones is not nearly as impressive as it should be, and the sound quality is really atrocious. In most cases, the only thing you can do in them is listen to electrical devices. The rock crumbles and creates a mess. Even mainstream pop music has noticeable silences between the tracks. And I also listened to this in FLAC, but if you convert it to mp3, all you'll hear is silence. Those who watch movies on a computer are the only people for whom I can recommend these headphones. I do so on occasion in conjunction with my laptop. I just recently spent $400 on a Sennheiser MX 170, so the sound quality in them has significantly improved, and you can even use it with a high-fidelity audio player. Listening to music with these headphones from Sony is an exercise in futility that puts unnecessary strain on your ears.

Pros
  • Pricing, length of wire, and overall nice construction quality
Cons
  • Poor quality of sound and an awkwardly shaped headband
