Very sharp! suitable for kitchen and dining room
I bought the 6 inch version of this knife. I have never owned a knife of this type. It certainly looks impressive and is very sharp. I tested it on a ripe cherry. The tomatoes are just for fun and he cut them so cleanly without breaking. No other knife in my kitchen can do that. I keep the blade sharp in my drawer. All in all a great knife!
