I bought this knowing that my current thermometer was wearing out. It is a good size, doesn't take up too much space. It works well and seems to be accurate compared to my previous one. I don't love the texture of the part that goes in your mouth. My previous one was all plastic, this one has bendy rubber at the part that goes in your mouth. Guessing this is because it could be used rectally. I don't like that texture that much and I question if I am able to disinfect it as well as I do the plastic one. Otherwise I think it is fine and I will live with the texture.
