Gentle, but not if you're serious

Maybe I'm a bit pretentious assuming that someone using these things is taking their game seriously. It's very easy to use, comfortable (though not for big hands like mine), cheap, okay. However, the L/R buttons really only work when they want them to. Because of this, I've missed out on a few Mario Kart family home evening wins.
