According to my experience, it is an incredible piece of technology that is perfect for small and medium aquariums. the sponge is delicate and soft to touch, yet it offers efficient mechanical filtration that works perfectly to eliminate debris and keep the water clean. Pet Supplies can be expensive, but this is affordable and effective .The only downside is that it might not be suitable for larger tanks..
