I already owned a mouse that was very similar to this one, and it had been functioning perfectly for the previous two years without any issues. However, when I received this one, I compared it to the previous one and discovered a number of differences that were for the worse. At first, I thought it was a fake, but it turned out that it wasn't the original. It turned out that the product was simply being manufactured at a lower cost, but the price has remained the same. The image shows a dark gray older model next to a light blue newer model.
