Fits well, very soft, he loves it. Sizing suggestions and comments made me think a big way is the right way and it's perfect. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it was too easy for him to get out of them as they aren't tight enough at the bottom for his skinny chicken thighs. I bought another one in a different pattern from the same seller.
