Review on ๐Ÿ›๏ธ Original Sheet Suspenders: Gripper Fasteners for Smooth, Tight Sheets - As Seen on QVC! by Christina Ochoa

Definitely worth trying; Clips hold up well

BLUF, we've been using them successfully in combination with two other blade holders for about last week. The clips hold onto the sheet fairly well, and the length of the suspenders is fairly easy to adjust. I'm wondering how long the elastic bands, about 1 inch wide, will retain their elasticity. We've had enough of struggling with loose sheets on our California size waterbed for a number of years and recently replaced the waterbed mattress with a California coil spring. , a reversible mattress from The Original Mattress Factory. This model (orthopaedically adjustable) fits snugly enough to the waterbed frame to make it difficult to lift and adjust/adjust the sheet, but not tight enough to hold the sheet in place for any length of time. We bought sheets from Revain (ASIN # B06X6MBV92) that we liked and used these original sheet hangers in combination with SheetLock fasteners (B01N5SIATD) and curved tape grippers (B004I3VDWY), also from Revain, to hold the fitted sheet in place. would be quite loose on our 10-1/2" tall mattress, we used these cross (+) sheet stays as part of our "stay in place" strategy. This was enough for our 6' x 7' California King I'm pretty sure they will also sit in the X shape on our mattress long enough as shown for one of the options The clips themselves held up our special bed sheets pretty well (and they're a bit slippery than regular cotton ) when we tested it by pulling on the sheet after attaching it. We used bed straps on the corners and SheetLocks on the shoulders and legs. Since our mattress has no pillow top and no memory foam, it has a fairly firm, solid surface and I'm impressed that these sheet lifters along with two other exciting products hold the sheet in place very well I just don't think a single product holds the sheet in place on all v ere pages can hold so tight. I'm taking off a star because I doubt how long the straps will retain their elasticity and because if I had to rank the three fasteners we use by which one offers the most "hold", I'd say these braces will be in third place. However, I think if they were lying on a double or full mattress they might have more holding capacity (tension) due to the doubling of elastic in the shorter lengths of each webbing. I would most likely try them as a stand alone solution FIRST if installing on a double bed for example. In conclusion, I would like to note that the user must be practical when adjusting the belt tension - on this or similar products. The tighter you pull the rubber band, the more likely it is that the clips will slip off the ceiling. I think most manufacturers are aware of this and don't make the clamps so tight that they *tear* the blade instead of *slipping* off it. If the user requires permanently overstretched tarpaulins, install strong tarpaulin clips (ASIN #B01KTULL80) on the tarpaulin and tie the cord tightly between them, right?
