I received the unit and read the installation guide a few times and then proceeded with the process. Everything was working fine until it was time for the gateway to connect to my router. I've tried to connect it over 15 times and it refuses. I have read and re-read the instructions in case I missed something. I moved the device within 10 inches of my router. I disabled 5G on my router and rebooted several times. All for free. I finally gave up and sent a message to tech support asking for further instructions or ideas on what to try. It was two days ago. I still haven't received an answer. Just a message that my message has arrived. It didn't work as advertised and there is no technical support. This junk is back.
