Assembly was quick and easy; The installation on the roof (replacing Mohu60 which gave us about 35 channels in the area) wasn't difficult once you've done it and weren't afraid of heights. Tracing/moving is difficult: the motor is not as smooth as it should be, but rather bounces around compared to the smooth rotation. Also, the remote control doesn't always work, and the rotation doesn't give a clear indication of which way the antenna is turning (so if you press a button, it'll jump a bit in an unknown direction. Here's your chance it'll turn in the moving right direction or wrong direction , and you can spend an hour trying to get it back to the best spot on your roof) by constantly scanning the channels. We can see better picture quality on (3) other TV channels (currently 44) but we still can't get local NBC and CW channels. And on some days of directional change with a jump (not a smooth turn) we get a weak signal above it. Output TV reports weak signal. Antenna 35-40 feet above ground for external information only. I gave 4 runs, it works and gives good picture quality if you can save the position and register the channels.
