I would highly recommend these zip wristbands to anyone who has trouble keeping their hands still or needs something to manipulate. I ordered these because I need something to do with my hands when I get nervous. When I get home I will knit or play with the worry stone. But I can't always carry these things with me. It's a way of putting something in my hands at any time. I think they are a fantastic fidget element. They are great for lectures when I have a hard time sitting still. I think they're great for a lot of things. They are also quite quiet for tuning, disturbing, moving, etc.
