In my opinion a satisfied customer
I first bought a pair of these as a Christmas present for my daughter. However, upon receipt and inspection I found that we had not received a new pair. A quick email to the company's customer support and the issue was resolved quickly, professionally and with great overall service. I received a replacement today and they are great! My daughter loves it and now walks around the house in it.
