This monitor arrived today, about two weeks after ordering it. I was very disappointed when the tilt mechanism didn't work. When properly installed, the monitor would lean forward and not stand up at all. (Another reviewer had the same issue.) We called HP technical support and were told it appeared to be a manufacturer defect. He instructed us to bring it back to AMAZON. AMAZON willingly accepted the return.
