Disappointed! Took almost 13 months. Installation was easy and ideal for storing tools in the bed of a truck. I didn't need to use it very often, it had jumpers, a bottle jack, tow straps and a small tool box with a ratchet. Realized a few weeks ago that it wouldn't snap back into the side of the truck. I helped it snap into place by lifting the front end. Today I was looking for my outlets and it was very difficult to pull the release handle. A closer look at the box showed that it was cracked where the locking pin connects to the side of the box. The rating is high, mine weighed 36 pounds. and didn't last. Maybe 75 pounds. unless it is released from the locked position.
